ASTRUMEROLOGY LLC, a Delaware limited liability company
PRIVACY SUMMARY: CUE uses birth information and account activity to provide personalized numerology, astrology, compatibility, timing, and AI experiences. AI providers process only information needed to provide requested features and are not permitted to use CUE conversation data to train their general models. Raw voice audio is deleted after processing, and CUE does not retain voice transcripts or voice chat history. CUE does not sell personal information.

About this Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how ASTRUMEROLOGY LLC, doing business as CUE, collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information when you use CUE, CUEchats, Garry AI, cuetheapp.com, cuewebapp.com, mobile and web applications, community spaces, promotions, and related services. It also explains your privacy rights and choices.

CUE is the controller of personal information in most circumstances. Some providers process information for CUE under contractual instructions. This Policy should be read with the CUE Terms of Service and any feature notice presented when information is collected.

1. Information we collect

1.1 Account information may include your name, email address, phone number, username, login credentials, authentication records, account settings, communication preferences, account status, and records showing which Terms, policies, notices, or consent requests you accepted.

1.2 Birth and profile information may include gender, birth date, birth time, birth location, saved birth profiles, family or relationship information, and information you provide about yourself or another person. You represent that you have authority to provide another person’s information.

1.3 Calculated and inferred information may include Life Path, day number, personal year, astrology values, timing values, compatibility scores, relationship insights, personalized reports, preferences, interests, likely engagement, and other conclusions generated from information you provide or your use of CUE.

1.4 AI information may include prompts, questions, uploaded inputs, generated responses, conversation context, explicit memory items, saved text chat history, model routing, feature selections, timestamps, credit consumption, technical metadata, and quality, safety, support, or abuse signals.

1.5 Voice information includes raw audio submitted during an active voice session, generated voice responses, session timestamps, and limited diagnostic, cost, reliability, and security metadata. Raw audio is deleted after processing. CUE does not create or retain a transcript or chat history from a voice session.

1.6 Purchase information may include the product, plan, price, currency, purchase channel, transaction identifier, receipt, payment token, limited card details, subscription status, renewal, cancellation, refund, chargeback, credit balance, usage cost, entitlement, and first use of a paid feature. CUE does not store complete payment card or bank account numbers.

1.7 Device and usage information may include IP address, device type, browser, operating system, application version, language, approximate location derived from IP address, session identifiers, device or installation identifiers, pages and features used, interaction events, notification activity, referral information, performance, crash, and diagnostic data.

1.8 Security and enforcement information may include authentication events, network and device signals, usage patterns, prompts, outputs, capture related signals, suspected scraping, automation, prompt extraction, account sharing, fraud, payment disputes, moderation, suspension, investigations, and evidence needed to protect CUE and its users.

1.9 Communications and community information may include support requests, emails, messages, survey responses, promotion entries, community posts, attachments, feedback, and records of calls or text message permissions. Community Content may be visible to other participants according to the feature settings.

1.10 Information from other sources may include Apple, Google, social login, application marketplaces, payment providers, GG33 Academy or related membership verification sources, marketing platforms, referral partners, and public or commercially available sources where lawful.

2. How we use information

2.1 Provide, personalize, and maintain CUE accounts, calculators, databases, search, calendar, compatibility, timing, reports, CUEchats, Garry AI, voice features, saved profiles, memory, community spaces, and related experiences.

2.2 Calculate and generate numerology, astrology, compatibility, timing, relationship, preference, and other personalized results and inferences requested by you.

2.3 Authenticate users, verify eligibility, assign membership badges, administer CUE Plus and Lifetime entitlements, route plans and offers, and enforce access restrictions.

2.4 Process purchases, subscriptions, credits, variable AI usage costs, renewals, cancellations, refunds, chargebacks, taxes, receipts, and payment disputes.

2.5 Operate AI services. OpenAI and OpenRouter may process prompts, relevant account context, calculated CUE values, and outputs to provide the requested experience. OpenRouter may route a request to an approved model provider. CUE does not permit these providers to use CUE conversation data to train their general models.

2.6 Allow authorized CUE developers and personnel to review selected saved text conversations for support, troubleshooting, safety, quality evaluation, and improvement of the CUE user experience. Private conversations are not disclosed to unauthorized persons and are not used for provider model training.

2.7 Send account, purchase, renewal, security, legal, support, feature, and service communications and, where permitted, CUE marketing messages that you can opt out of.

2.8 Measure product usage, reliability, application performance, campaign attribution, and the effectiveness of CUE advertising. CUE does not permit personal information to be used by outside parties for their independent behavioral advertising.

2.9 Detect, prevent, investigate, and respond to fraud, cybersecurity incidents, malicious automation, scraping, prompt extraction, account sharing, unauthorized copying, intellectual property misuse, policy violations, and legal claims.

2.10 Comply with law, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, administer promotions, complete business transactions, and create aggregated or deidentified statistics that cannot reasonably identify a person.

3. Legal bases for processing

3.1 Contract. We process information when necessary to create your account, provide requested Services, personalize results, deliver paid benefits, process transactions, and perform the CUE Terms of Service.

3.2 Consent. We rely on consent where required for AI data transfer, optional marketing, text messages, device permissions, cookies, tracking, or another activity. Accepting this Policy does not replace separate consent required by law or platform rules.

3.3 Legitimate interests. Where permitted, we process information to improve CUE, measure performance, secure the platform, prevent fraud, support users, protect intellectual property, enforce agreements, and operate our business, after considering the interests and rights of users.

3.4 Legal obligations and rights. We process information to comply with tax, accounting, privacy, consumer, law enforcement, court, regulatory, and recordkeeping obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

4. Artificial intelligence, memory, and human review

4.1 Before personal information is sent to a third party AI provider, CUE provides a feature notice and requests separate permission where required. The notice identifies the information involved, the provider or provider category, and the purpose of processing.

4.2 AI requests may include your prompt, conversation context, calculated CUE values, saved profile information, explicit memory items, plan and credit information, and technical instructions needed to produce a response. Do not submit information you do not want processed for the requested feature.

4.3 CUE memory is user directed. CUE saves a memory item only when you expressly ask CUE to remember it or otherwise use a clearly disclosed memory control. Memory is not the same as storing an entire conversation. You may request deletion of memory information through available controls or a privacy request.

4.4 Unsaved text conversations are not added to your account history. Limited transient processing and security records may still be used to deliver the request, calculate usage, prevent abuse, and comply with law.

4.5 Selected saved text conversations may be reviewed only by authorized CUE developers and personnel for the purposes stated in Section 2. Access may be role restricted and logged. CUE does not authorize OpenAI, OpenRouter, or routed model providers to train their general models using CUE conversation data.

5. Voice processing

5.1 ElevenLabs processes raw audio and generates voice output solely to provide the requested CUE voice experience under the applicable production configuration and contractual controls.

5.2 Raw voice audio is deleted after processing. CUE does not create or retain a voice transcript or voice chat history. Limited metadata concerning time, feature usage, cost, diagnostics, safety, and security may be retained without retaining raw audio or a transcript.

5.3 You may submit another person’s voice only with all permission required by law. Voice features may not be used for unauthorized identification, impersonation, surveillance, deception, or violation of another person’s rights.

6. Providers and recipients

6.1 AI processing. OpenAI and OpenRouter provide AI request processing and routing. OpenRouter may transmit a request to an approved model provider selected for the feature. Providers receive only information reasonably necessary for the request and may not use CUE conversation data to train their general models.

6.2 Voice. ElevenLabs processes raw audio and generated voice output for active voice sessions under the practices described in Section 5.

6.3 Application data and infrastructure. MongoDB Cloud supports application data storage. Heroku, Hetzner Online, Google Cloud, OVH, and Cloudflare may provide hosting, compute, network delivery, security, routing, backup, or related production infrastructure.

6.4 Application delivery and reliability. Expo supports application delivery and related services. Sentry processes crash, error, performance, and diagnostic information needed to identify and resolve technical problems.

6.5 Communications. Klaviyo, Resend, and ManyChat may process contact information, message status, communication preferences, and engagement information to send or manage service and permitted marketing communications.

6.6 Payments and marketplaces. Apple, Google, Stripe, and other authorized payment or marketplace providers process purchases, receipts, subscription status, refunds, payment tokens, and entitlement validation. Meta payment tools may process information where a Meta purchase channel is offered.

6.7 Business operations. Google Workspace, Slack, Linear, GitHub, Xero, and professional advisers may process limited account, support, technical, financial, security, or legal information when reasonably necessary to operate and protect CUE. Access is limited according to role and purpose.

6.8 Community and external platforms. If you choose to interact with CUE through a social network, messaging platform, Discord, or another external community, that provider processes information under its own policy. CUE receives information you choose to provide and operational information needed to manage the interaction.

6.9 We may replace or add providers as CUE evolves. We will update this Policy or provide another notice when a change materially affects how personal information is processed.

7. How we disclose information

7.1 We disclose information to providers described in Section 6 only for services they perform for CUE, subject to contractual, security, confidentiality, and legal obligations appropriate to the service.

7.2 CUE does not provide customer lists, account profiles, or private conversations to Gary S. Grinberg, 28 STREET LLC, GG33, or Academy entities for their independent ownership or unrelated marketing. Limited verification, fulfillment, licensed product, or aggregated information may be provided where necessary to perform an agreement or requested benefit.

7.3 We may disclose information to comply with valid legal process, protect users or the public, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce agreements, defend claims, prevent harm, or protect CUE systems, confidential information, and intellectual property.

7.4 Information may be transferred in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, bankruptcy, or similar transaction, subject to applicable privacy protections and notice requirements.

8. Advertising, analytics, cookies, and tracking

8.1 CUE uses analytics and attribution to understand product performance, measure CUE campaigns, and improve the Services. CUE does not sell personal information and does not authorize outside parties to use CUE personal information for their independent behavioral advertising.

8.2 Some advertising measurement or attribution may be treated as sharing, targeted advertising, or tracking under applicable law or platform rules even when no money is received for the information. Where required, CUE requests permission, provides an opt out, and honors applicable browser or device preference signals.

8.3 On Apple devices, CUE uses the App Tracking Transparency framework before engaging in activity Apple defines as tracking. Refusing tracking permission does not prevent access to CUE features that do not require tracking.

8.4 Websites may use essential cookies for login, security, preferences, and functionality and optional cookies for analytics or campaign measurement. Optional technologies are activated only with consent where required. A cookie or preference control may be provided on the website.

9. Data retention

9.1 Account, birth, profile, calculated, saved Content, and memory information is generally retained while your account remains active and until deletion is completed, subject to backups, legal obligations, security needs, disputes, and the exceptions below.

9.2 Raw voice audio is deleted after processing. No voice transcript or voice chat history is retained.

9.3 Unsaved AI conversations are not stored in account history. Transient provider processing and limited usage, cost, safety, or security records may remain for the period reasonably necessary for those purposes.

9.4 Saved text conversations remain available until you delete them, delete your account, or CUE removes them under applicable settings, subject to backup, security, legal, and enforcement exceptions. Selected saved conversations may remain in restricted review records only as long as reasonably necessary for an authorized purpose.

9.5 Purchase, tax, accounting, refund, chargeback, subscription, and entitlement records are retained for the periods required or permitted by applicable law and reasonably necessary to administer purchases and resolve disputes.

9.6 Security, abuse, consent, policy acceptance, suppression, intellectual property, and legal records may be retained after account deletion when reasonably necessary to prevent repeated abuse, document compliance, preserve evidence, or establish, exercise, or defend claims.

9.7 CUE deletes, anonymizes, or deidentifies information when it is no longer reasonably needed. Providers may retain limited copies in backups or legal records under their contracts and legal obligations.

10. Account deletion

10.1 You may request deletion through the application account settings or by contacting [email protected] or [email protected]. CUE may verify your identity before acting on a request.

10.2 Deletion removes or deidentifies personal information associated with the account unless retention is required or permitted for security, fraud prevention, payment, tax, legal compliance, dispute resolution, consent records, suppression, platform integrity, or legal claims.

10.3 CUE will request deletion from applicable processors where required. Information another user posted, independently provided, or lawfully controls may not be removed through deletion of your account.

10.4 Deleting an account or application does not cancel a subscription. You must cancel through Apple, Google, Stripe, or the applicable purchase channel.

10.5 CUE provides an application path and a website method for requesting account deletion. The current website request method is to email [email protected] or [email protected] from the account email and request account and associated data deletion.

11. Your privacy rights

11.1 Depending on your location, you may request access, confirmation, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or a description of categories, sources, purposes, and recipients. You may also have a right to appeal a decision.

11.2 You may exercise rights through available account controls or by contacting [email protected]. Include your account email, jurisdiction, and the right you wish to exercise. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity and authority.

11.3 An authorized agent may submit a request where law permits. We may require proof of authorization and direct verification from the account holder. CUE will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right.

11.4 You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the message link, opt out of promotional texts using the stated method, change device permissions in system settings, and withdraw optional consent through available controls. Withdrawal does not affect processing completed lawfully before withdrawal.

12. United States privacy notice

12.1 This Section supplements the Policy for residents of states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws and serves as a California notice at collection where applicable. The categories collected during the preceding twelve months are described in Section 1, the sources in Sections 1 and 6, the purposes in Sections 2 through 5, and business disclosures in Sections 6 and 7.

12.2 Sensitive information may include account credentials, precise birth information, the contents of private communications, and information another applicable law treats as sensitive. CUE uses sensitive information only to provide requested Services, secure accounts, improve CUE, comply with law, and for other purposes permitted with appropriate notice or consent.

12.3 CUE does not sell personal information for money. Certain campaign measurement may be treated as sharing or targeted advertising under state law. Where applicable, you may opt out by contacting [email protected] or using a provided privacy control. CUE will honor Global Privacy Control where legally required and technically applicable.

12.4 CUE does not knowingly sell or share personal information of anyone under sixteen for cross context behavioral advertising.

12.5 State law may provide rights to know, access, correct, delete, obtain a copy, opt out, limit certain sensitive information uses, and appeal. Request handling, verification, agents, and nondiscrimination are described in Section 11.

13. European Economic Area and United Kingdom

13.1 CUE relies on contract, consent, legitimate interests, legal obligations, and the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims as described in Section 3.

13.2 You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict, object, receive portable information, withdraw consent, and complain to your local supervisory authority. You may object to direct marketing at any time.

13.3 CUE is based in the United States. When personal information is transferred to a country that does not provide an adequate level of protection, CUE uses safeguards required by applicable law, which may include approved standard contractual clauses and contractual, technical, and organizational measures.

14. Children and teenagers

14.1 CUE is not directed to children under thirteen and does not knowingly permit a child under thirteen to create an account. If we learn that a child under thirteen provided personal information, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

14.2 A user under the age of legal majority may use CUE only with permission and supervision from a parent or legal guardian who accepts the CUE Terms of Service. Certain features, purchases, promotions, or Community Spaces may require a higher age.

14.3 A parent or guardian who believes a child provided information improperly may contact [email protected].

15. Security

15.1 CUE uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including encryption in transit, appropriate encryption at rest, access controls, authentication, role restrictions, logging, monitoring, provider review, backups, vulnerability management, and incident response.

15.2 No system is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting credentials and devices and should notify [email protected] promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

15.3 If a security incident requires notice, CUE will notify affected persons, regulators, or others as required by applicable law.

16. International use and transfers

16.1 Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where CUE and its providers operate. Privacy laws may differ from those where you live. CUE uses legally required safeguards for international transfers.

16.2 You may use the Services only where lawful. Some features or rights may differ by location because of law, provider availability, platform rules, or technical requirements.

17. Changes to this Policy

17.1 We may update this Policy as products, providers, laws, and data practices change. The revised Policy will display a new effective date.

17.2 We will provide notice of material changes through the application, email, website, or another reasonable method and will request new consent where law or platform rules require it. CUE may require users to review an update notice when opening the application.
